Four functions turn documents into structured JSON. The invoice and receipt parsers return a fixed set of fields such as numbers, dates, amounts, VAT ID and line items. Extract data from PDF and Extract data from image return exactly the fields you name. Missing values come back as null, scans and photos work too.
